Four Links was delighted to serve as the official Czech partner organisation in the international Erasmus+ youth exchange Young Entrepreneurs in Action, hosted by Ingens Risus (Romania).
As part of this dynamic learning experience, our organisation sent 10 motivated young people and 1 group leader, who spent seven inspiring days in the mountain region of Izvoare, Romania, engaging in creativity-boosting workshops, entrepreneurship challenges, and intercultural learning.
About the Project
Young Entrepreneurs in Action was a week-long Erasmus+ youth mobility designed to strengthen the entrepreneurial mindset of young people across Europe. The exchange welcomed 52 participants aged 16–21 from Romania, Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia, and the Republic of Moldova, creating a vibrant and multicultural learning environment.
The project aimed to help young people become confident, proactive changemakers. Learning happened through non-formal education, teamwork, hands-on challenges, and plenty of space for creativity and personal development.
Activities Highlights
Participants from Four Links took part in a wide variety of engaging and practical activities designed to spark creativity, strengthen resilience, and encourage innovation. Some of the key sessions included:
SCAMPER Method – Creativity Workshop
A structured session where participants learned to transform and reinvent ideas using the SCAMPER technique (Substitute, Combine, Adapt, Modify, Put to another use, Eliminate, Reverse). This hands-on creativity lab helped participants explore how entrepreneurs generate new concepts.
Start-Up Market Simulation
One of the most exciting parts of the program. Participants formed team start-ups, created product prototypes, developed branding, and navigated a simulated market scenario where they sold, adapted, and negotiated—experiencing the entrepreneurial journey from idea to action.
Pitching & Communication Training
Workshops focused on public speaking, structuring an effective pitch, and learning to present ideas confidently in front of an audience.
Team-Building Missions & Problem-Solving Challenges
Outdoor games, escape-style missions, and group challenges strengthened teamwork, leadership, and critical thinking.
Wellbeing, Healthy Lifestyle & Risk-Awareness Session
Participants explored how to maintain balance, avoid risky situations, and stay connected to a healthy lifestyle—an important foundation for sustainable personal development.
Intercultural Evening
Four Links proudly represented Czech culture during the intercultural night, sharing traditions, fun facts, snacks, and music. It was a moment of connection, exchange, and celebration of diversity within the international group.
